Breast implants are not a new phenomenon in Hollywood. Some stars come out and reveal that they have had breast augmentation while other stars deny the fact or just do not talk about it. Many people speculate that a celebrity has had their breasts done when they wear a gown that is tight on the side and low cut. Natural physics explain that 'things' naturally gets pushed up in clothing like that.

1. Nicole Richie - Though not confirming, US Weekly speculated that Nicole Richie has had some work done. She is wearing some very revealing dresses of late and compared to old pictures, the breasts do look bigger.

Why would celebrities not want people to know that they have had breast implants? Though they are celebrities, they still are people and some things are wanted private. When one is in the public eye, some things cannot be hidden.
