Cosmetic Surgeries Miley Cyrus Should Get to Become a Sex Symbol

Miami, FL - Nov 9 - It isn't uncommon in Hollywood for child stars to come into adulthood and immediately feel the pressure to drop their kid-like appearance and make the world see them, not as their cute childish character, but as a sexy adult that people take seriously.

Not everyone grows up with the natural ability to become an icon or sex symbol. Nearly every star that has been recognized as "sexy" either has a natural look that people find incredibly appealing, or they have had intensive plastic surgery to achieve the look.

One of the latest child stars to fall into the latter category is Miley Cyrus. In recent years Miley has tried everything possible to shake the wholesome Hannah Montana image and have the world see her as a sex symbol. Unfortunately for her, she has so far failed rather miserably. The reason for her failed attempts at being an international sex symbol? She simply does not have the look or body for it.

She has truly gone the in the wrong direction for the look she is trying so desperately to pull off. For starters, even though she has done so much to rid herself of the child star look, she still looks like a child.

Miley's cheekbones and facial structure give her the appearance of a little girl with chubby cheeks. In order to counter-act that look, she would need to accentuate her cheeks in a more subtle manner, give her lips a little bit of collagen for plump factor, and have her eyes augmented to appear more sultry; it would also help if she would learn to keep her tongue in her mouth.

Another important factor is her backside; she needs to at least have a butt lift, and possibly have some implants put in to hold up her cheeks and make them appear more full and rounded. As everyone saw in the VMAs, Miley doesn't exactly have the best looking butt, breast implants are going to be another essential, as she is virtually flat up top and without all of these one cannot hope to be a sex symbol.
