Miami, FL - Nov 9 - In the world of beauty pageants there has been an obsession with perfection. Women who compete in beauty pageants are under constant pressure to have a perfect, Barbie like physical appearance, and every little detail from the plumpness of their lips to the definition of the bridge of their nose is noticed during pageants. Women are increasingly turning to plastic surgery to help refine their appearance in an attempt to make their physical appearance perfect.
